TOWNHOME REVIEWS IN SALT LAKE CITY

Today I had a installer in the unit to fix something that isn't a normal maintenance issue. It didn't go well and I was not happy and I didn't feel safe in the situation. I called Robert, one of our maintenance techs and he immediately rushed over and took over the situation. He was professional and he listened to my concerns. Within 20 minutes, Hunter, the building manager was in my unit taking pictures and within 10 minutes of that both Robert and Jason were back with the tools needed to clean up the mess made. They took excellent care of my unit and were incredibly considerate. I cannot say enough good things about the staff we have here. They work very hard to make our community safe and we are so glad to have them. I really appreciate having been heard and the problem addressed. These guys are so great. Aspen Cove is a great community. If you are looking for a community that cares, this is the place to be.

Just wanted to leave a shout out for Jason who is the maintenance guy here at Aspen Cove. He has been so awesome at getting things done after my move in and has gone above and beyond and even stayed later to make sure things are done. He is very friendly and professional and passionate about his job. Thank you for all you do!!

We have lived here for 6 years. It's a hidden gem in the Rose Park area. Hunter is a great manager who is always working along side of Jason, our maintenance tech. They both work tirelessly to make sure our property is clean and everything is in working order. We have never been happier with the upkeep and care. We look forward to many more years here.

These apartments are beautiful…. Back in the day, they weren’t all that attractive…. I was in town visiting my sister and her family and was pleasantly surprised! Impressive!!!!

the Most Amazing experience ever, me and my Family was looking for something with more room, we came across Aspen Cove while searching the internet, we reached out the property manger Hunter Sorensen, I got to tell ya the guys was processional and has great customer service kills. We looked at this place and we were sold. Hunter, Me and my family would like to thank you for taking the time to show us all the good things about aspen cove, we are excited to move there, we cant wait!!!!!!!!!!
